Payments, Taxes and Exchange Policy

Payment Obligation:

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the payment of all products purchased during the conference conducted by Think Medtech. The Flawless Bar reserves the right to charge your selected payment method for the total cost of products acquired, along with any additional fees, including taxes and late charges, as applicable, that may arise in connection with your purchases.

 

Valid Payment Method Requirement:

It is your responsibility to ensure that The Flawless Bar has a valid and functional payment method on file to facilitate the settlement of all fees incurred. By providing your credit card information and affixing your signature to this document, you expressly authorize Think Medtech to automatically process charges against the designated credit card.

Acknowledgment of Charges:

By utilizing this payment method, you confirm and acknowledge that all charges incurred are accurate and valid. You further commit to refrain from disputing any of these charges with your credit card company, thereby releasing Think Medtech from any associated claims or liabilities. In the event of a declined credit card transaction, you pledge to promptly furnish an alternative form of acceptable payment upon notification from TThink Medtech.

 

Pricing and Taxation:

The total cost of your purchase shall encompass the product prices, augmented by any applicable taxes. Please be advised that prices for products showcased during the trade show may fluctuate without prior notice. Think Medtech does not offer price protection or refunds should a price reduction or promotional offering occur after the conference's conclusion.

 

Currency of Payment:

All payments made under this agreement must be settled in full in United States Dollars (USD), irrespective of the country or countries where sales are conducted.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We value your satisfaction with our products and want to ensure you have a hassle-free experience when purchasing items during our conference. This Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for initiating refunds and exchanges.

Refunds During the Conference:

Eligibility: Products purchased during the conference are eligible for a full refund within 14 business days of its purchase. Meeting the following criteria:

  • The refund request is made within 14 business days of the day or purchase.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is provided.

 

Refund Process:

  • Present/ ship the product(s) along with your proof of purchase.
  • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. 
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days after the refund has been requested. 

 

Exchanges After the Conference:

Eligibility: Products purchased during the conference may be eligible for an exchange if they meet the following criteria:

  • The exchange request is made within 30 business days after the conference has concluded.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is provided.

Exchange Process:

  • Provide details of the product you wish to exchange, including the product name and its desired replacement (of equal or higher value).
  • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Once we receive the unopened and unused product, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you.
  • Any price difference for higher-value replacement products will be charged to your original payment method or must be paid before shipping.

Exceptions and Special Considerations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
  • Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used during the conference are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are found to be defective.
  • Conference Extension or Cancellation: In the event of a conference extension or cancellation, the refund and exchange periods may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to our official communication channels for updates.

 

PRODUCT RESALE AND DISTRIBUTION.
 

You acknowledge that the acquisition of products is solely intended for personal use and not for resale, distribution, or any other form of external disposition. 

Restrictions on Product Transfer:

You expressly undertake not to engage in direct or indirect product transfer. This includes but is not limited to offering, selling, assigning, pledging, hypothecating, or otherwise disposing of the products acquired herein.

Online Distribution and Resale Prohibition:

Engaging in online distribution or resale of any products obtained through this transaction is strictly prohibited. This prohibition encompasses all digital platforms and marketplaces.
